Calm Balm with Wimbish Beeswax
Hooray,my first batch of calm balm is done. It's always an adventure doing something new. Luckily I had an assistant (my mother), a science teacher no less, who helped me with percentages, melting points and tips on making an emulsion. Thanks mum! The Aromatherapy Kitchen is heady with lavender and the pots of calm balm are sitting ready for use. I'm going to take a pot to the local beekeeper who supplied me with the beeswax. The aroma of melting beeswax is beautiful. Smells of honey a little.

Beautiful Bump Massage Oil
This evening my kitchen has transformed into the aromatherapy kitchen.I've had the pleasure of making two 'beautiful bump' massage oils for friends and family. I'm sure they'll love them. A gorgeous blend of avacado, jojoba, sunflower anad apricot kernal with calming mandarin.Using a massage oil during pregnancy not only helps to keep the skin supple as the baby grows, it also helps the mummy to be get in contact with baby by massaging the bump.Daddy to be could do this too or second/third etc time mums could get the other children involved. It's love in a bottle

Today I have been to a local bee keeper to collect my beeswax to make some healing balms. I'm really looking forward to making the first batch. It just felt so lovely to source something local to add to my products and to meet the people who look after the bees. As I collected the beeswax the sun was shining and felt quite warm. The birds were singing and there was a feeling of spring in the air.All this positive energy will be poured into each jar ready for you customers.
